Scope of Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by WEST TOKYO HOUSING ("the Agency") and all related services ("the Services"). All users ("Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by using the Services. The official version of these Terms is in Japanese. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

  • Interpretation and translation services
  • Information on events and seminars

Article 1 (Use of the Services)

  1. Users shall use the Services at their own responsibility and discretion.
  2. The Services do not constitute brokerage or agency services for real estate transactions, but are intended to provide information and related support.
  3. The Agency makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness of property listings, translation results, or other content published on the site.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Infringement of the rights or interests of third parties or the Agency
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of information obtained through the Services
  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Agency

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Agency shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. The Agency may suspend or interrupt the Services due to natural disasters, communication failures, system malfunctions, maintenance, or other reasons, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages to Users or third parties.
  3. Some content (including text, translations, and descriptions) may be generated or assisted by AI or other tools. Such content is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete and may differ from actual facts or the latest information. Users should verify content at their own discretion and consult professionals when necessary.
  4. Property information published on the site is based on information available at the time of posting and may differ from the latest status. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact the Agency.

Article 4 (Use of Google reCAPTCHA)

  1. The Services use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and enhance security.
  2. reCAPTCHA is operated under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the Services, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Site and the Services belong to the Agency or legitimate rights holders. Users may not use them without permission.

Article 6 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not in the future become, members of antisocial forces.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Agency may amend these Terms as necessary. Amendments will be announced on the Site, and continued use of the Services after such announcement will constitute agreement to the amendments.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Agency as the court of first instance.

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 虚偽または誤解を招く情報の送信
  • 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  • 第三者または当事業者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
  • 本サービスを通じて取得した情報を無断で転載・転用する行為
  • その他、当事業者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（免責事項）

  1. 当事業者は、ユーザーによる本サービスの利用に関連して生じた損害について、当事業者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切責任を負いません。
  2. 当事業者は、天災地変、通信障害、システム障害、メンテナンス等により本サービスを中断・停止する場合がありますが、それによりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害について責任を負いません。
